Position: Bilingual Security Officer

Location: East Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Hours: 30 hours per week

Pay: Under the table

Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $17.28 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Security Officer to join our team at a healthcare clinic in East Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our staff, patients, and premises. This role requires someone who is vigilant, professional, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

-Monitor and patrol clinic premises to prevent theft, violence, and infractions of rules

-Ensure the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors

-Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies

-Conduct regular security checks and report any suspicious activity

-Maintain a secure and orderly environment for patients and staff

-Assist with access control, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the facility

-Provide excellent customer service and support to all clinic visitors

Requirements:

-Must hold a valid guard card

-Previous security experience required

-Bilingual (English/Spanish) is essential

-Reliable transportation

-Reside close to East Los Angeles

-Strong observational and problem-solving skills

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
