Responsibilities of the Lead API Developer: • Design and implement effective APIs.• Create software solutions in a collaborative environment. • Lead in the development of front-end application standards with a focus on re-usability and security. • Serve as a technical mentor for peers. • Work with Enterprise Architecture team to define architecture principals for current and future stacks.• Design client and server side architecture.• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.• Test manual and automated software ensuring responsiveness and efficiency.• Troubleshoot and debug software.• Create security and data protection settings.Qualifications of the Lead API Developer: • 5+ years of React /Angular development experience.• Prior experience building and designing REST and SOAP API's, going into swagger and building specifications for API's, Springboot, XML. Java background a plus. • Must have prior experience with backend languages, ideally Java.• Prior experience with Springboot and XML.• Must be able to teach and mentor teammates. • Must be a quick learner with the motivation to go in and make changes on your own.
