Fullstack Developer

An employer in the Vancouver, WA area is looking for a Fullstack .Net Developer to join their team! In this role you will be working 40% on the front end, 40% on the back end, and 20% in the database. On the front end the development teams are using: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue, and Angular. On the backend the teams are working with .Net/C# and in the database they are working with MS SQL Server. In this role you do not need complex query experience within the database, as long as you can read and understand SQL that will be sufficient. In this position you will start out in an introductory period for 6 months to learn their internal system, in this period you will be working with a Business Analyst, QA, and have mentorship from the Software Development Manager. In this introductory period you will start by doing more of maintenance to get an understanding of their complex system before moving onto a team to ensure you are set up for success. At the 6 month mark you will be moving onto a team that best matches your skill set. When you move onto an agile team you will be working on a mix of new code and some existing code. These teams are working on many exciting projects within the healthcare space including but not limited to: A new reminder system for patients, EHR System, and Genomics. This is an agile shop and you will be working with a team of 6-7 after your introductory period and will do 2 week sprints with daily stand ups. Starting out in this role you can work remote or start on-site with covid precautions in place. Long term when it is safe this will be an on-site role with flexible hours, but would be onsite M-F, 5 days a week.
