Vlocity Architect Job Description In this long-term engagement, you will be a part of a larger team that transforms a business process using Vlocity and Salesforce to align with multiple insurance plans across the US. This will require deep knowledge of the Vlocity architecture and core business processes and best practices for the health insurance industry. A collaborative and empathetic relationship with the business stakeholders will be central to this role while working with developers, typically in Agile scrum teams, helping them convert the business requirements into technical activities and verifying that the deliverables meet the project plan. Experience5+ years' experience of working on deployment teams, ideally using Agile development techniquesProven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise CRM implementations in HealthcareExtensive experience of at least one of our industry sectors: insurance, healthcareMust be a self-starter, adept at picking up new skills and technologies, and eager to break new groundThis position requires excellent communication skills, equally comfortable with presenting to C-Suite executives, leading white-board discussions with clients, and delivering a functional, scalable solution Technical Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of key processes in industry-specific Salesforce and Vlocity solutions)
  • Process modelling tools and best practices
  • Project management tools and best practices
  • Data modelling
  • Systems analysis and design
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Or equivalent industry experience)
  • Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Health Cloud experience
  • Experience in Vlocity (Insurance and or Healthcare Industry)
  • 5+ years of consulting experience w/Salesforce implementations/customization and Vlocity integrations/configurations
  • 5+ years of experience with end-to-end SFDC implementations, integrations
  • Strong understanding of Vlocity specific custom objects/industry specific platform processes
