Manage data analytics and reporting to bring visibility and clarity to the utilization and capacity of our teamsBuild tools to assist with charting schedules and allocating resources to projectsGathering and tracking project resource schedule information, forecasting business needs, and matching people to projects. Defining our project planning and scheduling process and standards. Provide critical information for bidding projects and staffing resources.
