Full Stack Developer

Description:Direct Hire.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, debug, and implement complex systems components, software tools, utilities, and applications with established procedures
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and implementation
  • Make modifications to existing software to fit specialized configurations and needs
  • Maintain program libraries and technical documentation
  • Develop accurate task definition and estimate and task schedules for own assignments
  • Create and maintain problem logs and communicate log status to analysts or users
  • Communicate daily with management and internal organizations on status of assigned tasks
  • Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts in the business design and technical design of end-user applications systems
  • Assist with the implementation of new systems
  • Assist in verifying installed systems ensuring they meet user requirements
  • Code new programs, create new data structures, design physical data record/file, and develop new jobstreams
  • Modify existing programs, data structures and job streams
  • Develop test cases and test plans, create the unit test environment
  • Perform unit and system tests for new or modified programs and/or job streams
  • Submit program and design work for review by technical and user staff
  • Participate in review of program and design work of others
  • Independently resolve day-to-day problems within the business segment
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience working with web technologies including C#, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • At least 3 years of experience using ASP.NET MVC design patterns
  • At least 2 years of experience with SQL server
  • Expert level knowledge of object oriented design and programming concepts
  • Experience with Telerik Controls and Team Foundation Server for version control
  • Experience branching and merging code in TFS
  • Solid understanding of IIS
  • SSRS report development experience
  • In depth understanding of WCF, Rest services, and RF
  • Familiarity with programming languages, tools, DBMS and utilities
  • Solid knowledge of program design, testing, coding, and documentation
  • Working knowledge of transactional database concepts, data modeling, and design
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • SSIS package development experience a plus
  • Experience using ASP.NET Web Forms a plus
