Light Gauge Framing shop needs a leader

We are a design/build company that operates a light gauge framing fabrication shop in Chico. We specialize in non combustible construction. We believe that shop fabrication is the future of home construction. We are looking to upgrade our facility to include FrameCad style roll form machinery. This position is for the experienced only. I need someone who can contribute to the shop organization and methods of prefabrication.
