Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Linux System Administrator in Pearl Harbor, HI to join the enterprise support team for the Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) Network at the Naval Information Warfare Center - Pacific (NIWC-PAC). Responsibilities for the Linux Systems Administrator include:

  • Routine Linux system administration (including SELinux)
  • Maintain system configurations, user access, and system security to protect user privacy and data integrity
  • Manage IA updates as required
  • Generate and maintain of artifacts for eMASS
  • Perform and document all applicable STIGs
Certifications/Qualifications for the Linux Systems Administrator include:
  • 3+ Years of Experience with Linux Systems
One of the following:
  • Security+ CE
  • GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
  • Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP)
  • System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
  • ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
Compensation for the Linux Systems Administrator include:
  • $80,000K - $100,000K
  • Full Benefits: United Healthcare, Guardian Dental, VSP Vision, 401k with Voya through ADP
