Senior Fullstack Developer

A client in the Vancouver, WA area is looking for a Senior Developer to join their organization! The Software Development group currently has 8-9 Software Development Teams and you will be brought on to assist in the process of adding an additional team. In this role you will be working on converting/rewriting a current webadmin application. In this role you would be working: 40% on the front-end with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Vue/Angular; 40% on the back end with .Net/C# and 20% with MS SQL server. In this role you will hired on as a Senior and transition into a Lead position and help build out an agile team under you. In this position 20% of your duties as a Lead will consist of: leading the team and keeping them on task when it comes to project milestones, timelines, and scoping. You will also be responsible for performance reviews, timecard management, leading one on ones, and representing your team when the other team Leads and the Software Development Manager meet together for discussions. The remaining 80% of your time as a Lead will be hands on in the code working with .Net/C# on the backend, and Javascript, HTML, CSS, Angular & Vue on the front end.
