Role; Data Architect

Location: San Francisco, CA

Perm Full Time role.

Note; Client will transfer visa.Would you like to be a fast growing customer which delivers intelligent data analytics that enable healthcare organizations to turn structured and unstructured health data into actionable insights using NLP, AI and the most sophisticated taxonomy in the industry.Client is in the process of embarking on a major architecture/overhaul of building a sophisticated data pipeline and migrating to AWS and wants to take advantage of some of the features of AWS.
  • Senior hands-on team lead resource.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Strong in Java programming: data structure, algorithms, design pattern, threaded programming.
  • Linux (no window exp resumes)
  • Hands-on exp handling large data sets.- Millions of records
  • The perfect candidate would have experience with textual medical data, and near-perfect would have experience with any kind of textual data (i.e. search engine experience).
  • Someone who can explain data problem, data faulty, mixing and malfunctioning.
  • Healthcare background is nice to have (but not a deal breaker - prefer someone) -
  • Understanding of healthcare data formats like CCD, HL7, FHIR, 837, RAPS, etc
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries and working around relational databases.
