Job Title: Assistant ILS Coordinator
Full Time Position: 40 hours a week
Compensation: $19.00 per hour; $0.67 per mile; sick; vacation; 11 paid holidays, medical, dental & vision benefits

We work with individuals with Mild or Intellectual, Developmental Disabilities which can include the following additional qualifiers: cerebral palsy; epilepsy; Downe’s Syndrome; autism.
Under the supervision of the Director of Independent Living Program, you will administer intake assessments, help with developing, monitoring and writing Individual Service Plans, work on the operation of the Living Skills Self Determination Program and assist with other duties along with the other Coordinators.
This includes, but is not limited to, coordinate services to serve consumer’s needs, administer instructor to work with these consumers in the Self-Determination Program (SDP), monitor any issues, complete monthly billing by sending it to the proper agency or consumer, advocate on behalf of consumers, network with SDP agencies to keep abreast of changes, innovations and potential problems. Set-up and obtain information from a consumer for an assessment and write it up in a timely manner. This would also include writing up Independent Skills Plan (ISP’s) for other Coordinators and possibly having your own caseload in the future.
It would be helpful if you have experience in any of these jobs and have worked with consumers. Having familiarity with a PC computer and the Microsoft Office Suite, good organizational skills and good communication skills will be expected. Being Bi-lingual will be a plus.
You will be working at times in the office and other times out in the field doing assessments.
You will need to pass a background check, TB & drug tests. You will need a reliable car with your social security card matching the name of your Driver License. The job can start as soon as the results of the tests get cleared.
