Need two movers

Looking for two movers. Mostly carrying boxes and items down the stairs and into our rented van, then unload at our storage unit. May end up being two trips , but should likely just be one trip (from apartment to storage). No furniture, just miscellaneous things.

Needed tomorrow, Sunday 7/28 at 1pm

Please explain that you are able to lift, move, go up stairs, carry items down stairs and load/unload van, load storage unit. Thank you
