One of our Banking Customer is seeking a high-energy, Associate level candidate to fill the role of Commercial Loan Specialist, who will be responsible to create loan documentation, book the loans, handle advances and payments, and manage the collateral.
"Customer is looking for local candidates only". Candidates needs to be under 30 miles distance from Bothell, WA. Role and Responsibility:Oversees general commercial loan servicing functions. Ensures loan processes are accurate and timely from new loan funding, set-up, and maintenance throughout life of loan, while providing exceptional internal and external customer service. Candidate will be part of our team, responsible for performing multiple functions related to commercial loan servicing for non-complex loans. They will maintain proper loan records, will be responsible for processing & balancing General Ledger and invoice payments, making sure servicing requests are processed accurately, in accordance to internal guidelines, and within established service level standards, Maintaining and monitoring loan ticklers systems to ensure coverage is adequate etc Expertise Needed:1-5 years of experience in commercial loan-documents is requiredStrong experience dealing with payoff requests, reconveyances, or loan maintenance inquiry related issues.Extensive experience in commercial real-estate loan documents is required Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/related field Or High school diploma is required Benefits Offered:- Excellent base salary and bonus potential
