Cleaning up existing computers, moving files and settings for existing users to a remote drive or alternative storage device, re-imaging computers and/or upgrading computers’ operating system from Windows 7 to Windows 10, reinstalling standard desktop software packages, and assisting users with settings and files as well as logging into applications/computers.
Skills/Experience Required:• Knowledge and experience troubleshooting in Window 7 and Windows 10• Knowledge of Ghost or Fog imaging software• Active Directory knowledge is a plus• Ability to install or re-image a Win10 computer on their own• Able to speak well with end users/strong customer service skills• Detail orientedVacancy expired!
