Technical Writer 1

• Develop and improve internal documentation on wikis and SharePoint
  • The documents will show internal users how to configure and use security and compliance tooling
  • Work will also include creating video clips demonstrating functionality
• Work directly with internal customers to analyze their usage of the tools and advise them on how to use them more effectively
• Help new customers onboard to the internal tooling - this will involve driving communications with several parties and running scripts to customize and configure the tools

• 1-2 years work-related experience required
• Must have excellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to learn specified technology quickly
• Demonstrated ability to combine technical expertise with technical communication skills
• Must be able to work independently, directly with customers, and as part of the development team
• Must be highly organized
• Some coding / scripting experience with PowerShell preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications, Journalism, English, or equivalent
