- The Music Publishing team is looking for a Project Manager who will support our reporting and data needs within the client's audio-visual services.
- Operational experience, ideally within a music publishing environment.
- Ideally knowledgeable about the flow of metadata and its impact on royalty flows within the music publishing world.
- Knowledge of digital music metadata, copyright data structure, identifiers is a strong plus.
- Accuracy and thorough attention to detail is crucial; able to follow defined processes.
- Outstanding organizational skills; the ability to deliver to a tight timeframe whilst maintaining quality of work.
- Able to collaborate closely with multiple teams, both internally and externally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourcefulness in pursuing accurate data.
- Able to focus in on the details whilst also seeing the big picture and being comfortable with a level of ambiguity.
- Skilled in using Excel for data analysis.
- Able to define test cases and perform meticulous UAT testing.
- Flexible and willing to learn about new tools and different procedures; able to work as part of a team.
- Familiar with streaming music and Clients products/services.
- Supporting business needs for data testing and analysis.
- Identifying data issues and tenaciously working with teams across clients to resolve them.
- Project managing operational tasks to support music publishing reporting, including cue sheets.
- Adapting to emerging and changing operational support requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience
