The Senior Human Resources Data Analyst will be part of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team and be responsible for: Leading integration of key system datasets for seamless and consistent reporting of Human Capital data.Creating, review, and distribute regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports to customers, ensuring data integrity and on-time delivery.Building and maintain KPI dashboards to serve as entry-point to key Human Capital metrics.Continually review the reporting processes to ensure efficient delivery of data.Interpret data trends and statistical variances to inform enterprise perspective on Human Capital data.Maintaining, enhancing & supporting deployment of analytics tools over the long-term that support enterprise data needs.Presenting reports, gather qualitative data from leaders, and provide recommendations.Partner with HR leaders to determine areas of opportunity based upon outputs of Human Capital Management systems.Partnering with HR leadership in effectively communicating outputs of data analysis and provide insights to a broad audience (i.e., senior executives, department managers, peer analysts).Collaborating with HR Operations leadership to create a standardized reporting template.Developing and maintain a Human Capital data glossary.To qualify, you must have: Strong expertise in utilizing data to build dashboards, identify key trends and drive analysis.Ability to build and manage predictive models that proactively inform action planning.Knowledge of Human Capital Management processes and metrics.Experience with one or more BI platforms/visualization tools.Advanced level Microsoft Excel and Access skills.Ability to read and preferably write SQL.MicroStrategy knowledge preferred.PeopleSoft HCM/query experience preferred.Work requires the ability to train staff in how to interpret and leverage HR data.Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field and seven to ten years’ experience. Analytical skills to resolve complex problems requiring the use of programming skills, mathematical, or technical principles and in depth, experienced based cross functional knowledge.The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, facilitating group information needs and translating those needs into specifications that outline data system requirements.Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and levels.Humans Resources experience in a research teaching hospital preferred.
