RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Technical Support Agent in Redmond, WA.Overview:Does the idea of a fast-paced, continually evolving, customer-centric environment focused on delivering amazing entertainment excite you? Would you like to help us create a premium experience for customer support?This AAA game studio is looking for a Technical Support Agent to help drive issues reported by customers to resolution. As a Technical Support Agent, you will work directly with Customers, Support Agents, and internal team members, to troubleshoot issues and drive them to a solution.As a part of the support team, you will work with internal and external support agents to facilitate troubleshooting issues with users, as well as identifying information that is pertinent to the issues. You will be working on a wide variety of PC and Console issues relative to franchise titles, helping drive them to either a solution for the user or a clear issue to be reported to the team. Daily communication with external Support Agents, Internal Support Agents, and the Support Liaison for the project team will be fundamental in executing on all troubleshooting and responses to users.As a voice of the Support team, you will need to effectively communicate questions and suggestions directly to customers, helping them feel that the studio is focused on issues they report.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, technical training certification, Associate or Bachelor's in Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience/training preferred 2-3 years of work experience as a Test Associate or equivalent Strong understanding of software development and/or game troubleshooting Good exposure to professional, high-tech environment Experience installing an OS on a PC or console Excellent written and oral communication skills Independent problem-solving skillsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
