Network Administrator to undertake tasks of Network Administration and IT help desk support. The ideal candidate will be a competent individual with great passion for technology. An analytical and driven mindset will be essential for effective troubleshooting and improving the network’s functions.

ResponsibilitiesFully support, configure, maintain & upgrade Techsperts client network and in-house servers. Set-up user accounts, permissions and passwords. Resolve problems reported by end users. Organize and perform Microsoft 365 migrations, management and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be able to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment in order to ensure smooth network operation.

Requirements5+ years of hands on Network Administration/ Network Engineer experienceAbility to build and manage Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDriveUnderstanding of email security-based applications such as Barracuda or similarShould have experience with cloud migration tools such as Skykick, Bittitan or similarExperience supporting VOIP service like Ring Central or similarDetail oriented with outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skillsHighly organized with the ability to meet deadlines and work independentlyExcellent communication skillsBackground in MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment
