Customer Service Representative
Description We are in the market for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the hospitality industry, based in LEXINGTON-FAYETTE, Kentucky. As a Customer Service Representative, you will primarily handle customer reservation requests and accurately input these requests into our reservation system. This role also involves troubleshooting and resolving a variety of customer issues over the phone, ensuring efficient and accurate service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Efficiently manage customer reservation requests, including new requests, modifications of existing requests, and check-in support Precisely enter reservation details into the system to meet client needs Utilize problem-solving skills to assist hotels and clients with issues over the phone Communicate effectively and professionally with all clients and departments Use proper grammar and appropriate speech to notate client needs and issues Begin assigned duties on time and deliver on time Handle inbound calls and outbound calls, ensuring department KPI goals are met Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Perform other duties as assigned or needed Leverage your skills in Inbound Call Center, Inbound Outbound Calls, Call Center Customer Service, and Resolve Customer Service for efficient task execution.Requirements Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers. Proficient in handling both inbound and outbound calls. Ability to provide high-quality customer service in a call center environment. Proven track record of resolving customer service issues effectively and efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems. High school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education is a plus. Must be legally eligible to work in the specified location.
