Bookkeeper for Law Office (part-time to full-time)
Well established law firm in Eureka is seeking a part-time to full-time bookkeeper with experience in QuickBooks Online, Excel and Word. Preference to applicants with experience in TABS3 Legal Practice Management Software.
Accounting functions include:
Maintain Chart of Accounts
Record transactions in the General Ledger
Preparing monthly financial statements
Handle accounts receivable and payable
Payroll processing with Quickbooks Online
Employee benefit maintenance and enrollment
Monthly reconciliation of bank statements
Trust Account maintenance in accordance with CA regulations
Preparation of tax materials for annual CPA tax filing
Monthly client billing
Communicate with partners on a regular basis
Hourly pay starting at $25, negotiable depending on experience.
