Analyze complex IT systems, processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Lead high-impact IT projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

Provide expert guidance on IT strategy, offering solutions to address business challenges.

Utilize data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and enable data-informed decision-making.

Stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies, contributing to the organization's technology roadmap.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather IT requirements and align IT solutions with business needs.

Conduct in-depth IT assessments, risk analysis, and recommend strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Equivalent

6 years of relevant experience

Must have experience in Java, Angularjs, React, MWF etc. with understanding of databases

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.

WE VALUE

Understand of Agile Methodology for software development

Experience with Jira and Confluence

Experience with tools for business process mapping

Must be proficient in handling Issues/support functions.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office application
