Forage is the enterprise technology arm of Seramount, a division of EAB that provides talent solutions to 500+ corporations, including half of the Fortune 1,000.The Role in Brief:Client Program Manager, ForageWe are looking for a Client Program Manager to join our Program Production Team to work closely with clients as their key contact in the onboarding process and to project manage and lead the creation of our virtual job simulations.The Forage Program Production Team collaborates with corporate employer partners to design, create and deploy bespoke online job simulations. Our programs are designed to simulate the actual work that an early career candidate will experience in a specific job at a specific company. These are immersive experiences that impart valuable skills to prepare candidates for the world of work.Our corporate employer partners are global Fortune 1000 companies hiring large volumes of early talent candidates, including KPMG, BCG, Walmart, Electronic Arts, Lululemon and many others. As the first real touch point with our corporate employer partners, the Client Program Manager plays a crucial role in creating a world-class onboarding experience for our clients and will develop trusted relationships with our clients to establish long-lasting and impactful client engagements. This position may be based in Washington, D.C.; Richmond, VA; or is open to remote employment within the continental United States.Primary Responsibilities:
Managing the onboarding phase of the customer life-cycle – usually 3-4 months in total – as the key customer contact. This includes:
Running kick-off and alignment meetings with key customer stakeholders
Understanding and clarifying key customer objectives in building job simulations and ensuring these are aligned with Forage student objectives
Communicating promptly and professionally with customers, including timely responses to corporate partners and liaising with internal stakeholders and our network of freelancers
Working with customers to ensure their brand and objectives are reflected to a high standard within job simulations
Consistently documenting progress and actions
Clear and regular communication with other Forage and EAB team members
Representing the Forage and EAB brands with confidence and professionalism
Project management of each program progressing through the production steps to meet agreed simulation launch timelines. This includes but is not limited to:
Reliably meeting deadlines and producing results according to set timelines
Running client meetings in a timely and effective manner
Establishing mutual goals and plans that fit the needs of client recruiters, students, and production
Using AI tools to prompt and generate relevant content
Writing and editing learning content generated by AI for each simulation, including working with relevant subject matter experts as needed
Regularly following up with clients to elicit relevant information from our corporate partners efficiently
Initiating and taking ownership of experiments to improve the production process aligned with functional goals related to speed to launch, scalability and program quality
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) and 2-3+ years of professional experience
2 years of client-facing experience
Exceptional client management skills – comfort with taking ownership for a client relationship and delivering an excellent experience while managing expectations appropriately
Exceptional attention to detail and diligence in every task undertaken
Proven experience managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality
A relentless focus on delivering results, proven experience managing complex projects and seeing them through to completion
Impeccable communication skills – verbal + written and an ability to present and facilitate production meetings with groups of internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational skills – time management and the ability to multi-task while consistently delivering results within deadlines
Willingness to take on new responsibilities and develop new skill sets both personally and across the function
A team player attitude who can alternate and feel fulfilled both by rolling up your sleeves to quickly accomplish day-to-day tasks and developing strategic ideas to move the function and company forward
Computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Notion, ChatGPT) and a willingness to learn how to use new tools
Comfortable working in a globally dispersed, remote team. One of the openings for this position will follow Eastern Time work hours and will need to be comfortable attending up to 40% of calls on United Kingdom time. The other opening for this position will follow Pacific Time work hours and will need to be comfortable attending up to 20% of calls on Australia time.

Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation.
