Manufactured Home Setting

Experienced manufactured home setter wanted.

Must have experience with setting manufactured homes using a roller/pan system, concrete block or steel stands on concrete and temporary foundations. To include:

-Moving homes using cranes, toters, and skid steers

-Leveling of homes using water level, Perfect-A-Line system.

-Utilize metal stands or block for pier points

-Lagging and 'tie' together of each home section

-Marriage line finish: roofing, drywall, trim, carpet, etc.

-Warranty work on new homes

We are looking for a lead setter to take on the position, setting 2-6 homes per month.
