Systems Engineer

Description Description:Works closely with System Architect and Cyber Security section to administer the Active Directory and Group Policy of the domainManage software deployments and Windows UpdatesRepair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted departments.Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network architects on network optimization.Update, maintain all documentation requested by management and will be tasked with improving such documentation as required. Requirements Requirements:5+ years' experience with expert knowledge of all major Microsoft Windows operating systems, Windows servers, and Office 365.3+ years' experience in VMware ESX/ESXi 6.xLAN KnowledgeProxy ServersNetworking Knowledge, Network Troubleshooting, Network Performance TuningVOIP experienceKnowledge of Network routers, switches, firewalls, include software and hardwareMCSE, VMware ESX/ESXi 6.x or CCNA preferred.
