This long-term temporary employment opportunity is based in the Hoffman Estates, Illinois area. Apply today for this great career opportunity!How you will make an impact- Work closely together with the Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, and QA Manager- Help cross-product teams to manage dependencies- See to it that the functional requirements are achievable, tracked, and met- Determines project with correct ticket workflows and boards- Works with and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers- Help out with classifying, identifying, and managing risk for functional improvement requests- Works as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively- Arranges the daily stand-ups, assuring they are focused, timely, and brief- Establishes schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product- Works together with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects- States the RACI matrix for projects in a product line- Provide assistance to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager - Supervises project planning- Foster the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products- Develops and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner- Registers and controls the sprint planning and grooming meetings and trails ticket assignments- Present detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, project status, and milestone completion- Combines info from QA leads, technical leads, and business analysts into ideas- Executes deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner- Works together with Product Owner/Product Manager to confirm that the product vision and high-level business objectives are distinct and workable Requirements - Can work independently with minimal supervision - This most important thing for any applicant to this position is to be flexible and focused- Vow to meet business deadlines- Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions- Project management experience- Data Center Infrastructure experience- Proficiency in Server Migration- Project management skills, strong operational abilities, and demonstrated leadership and supervisory qualifications - You'll be a good fit for this position if you have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience- Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - You could be a good applicant for this position if you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies- Excellent verbal, written, and social skills - Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools is required for success at this position - A Project Management (PMP) certification is strongly preferred - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with some of the best companies on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
