Wolfgang Stuart is a startup company that has partnered with some of the fastest growing Credit Repair companies in the industry to expand services nationwide. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Support Specialist to provide support to our established Clients and Team Members and add to our growing team. Candidates should possess a positive and happy demeanor, an energetic and motivated work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
The successful candidate must pass a background check. This is a full-time position and requires a Monday - Friday availability. You must be able to travel to work in our Brunswick office.
Job Duties:
As a Customer Service Specialist you'll provide customers information on their account. Answer incoming calls, do outbound calls to speak with customers, handle online chats, and emails in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
Enter customer support requests in a company-wide ticketing system and assign accordingly.
Set up new accounts and maintain existing account information in various systems.
Assist customers answering general questions and resolving problems by clarifying issues.
Research and explore answers and alternative solutions.
Implement solutions and escalate unresolved issues.
We prefer candidates who have at least two years of heavy customer service experience, but we are willing to train the right person.
Requirements:
Computer/technical proficiency including email, CRM software and ability to use client chat systems, email, and CRM systems at once is needed.
Must be detail-oriented.
Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task is a MUST.
Quick to learn systems and processes.
Work quickly to pre-empt issues and be able to think on the fly.
Outstanding phone and email etiquette.
Exceptional communication skills including spelling/grammar: especially within a fast moving chat/email industry.
Familiarity with Word and Excel.
Type 40-50 WPM. This is highly crucial for quick response times on chat.
Weekends OFF
