The Operations Manager will be responsible for setting expectations for Installation Services personnel and all supporting subcontractors with respect to scheduling and installation for all residential and commercial projects. Other responsibilities include project status review; daily site report review; team, subcontractor and client relations; interviewing and hiring employees and subcontractors for all markets, and various other responsibilities as necessary to ensure efficiency in daily installations and achievement of quality and safety requirements, and customer satisfaction.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Include, but are not limited to:

Manage projects efficiently to make sure schedules and budgets are met.

Must complete all work in compliance with state, federal, and Company service standard.

Identify and solve problems efficiently and effectively. Maintain positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and all employees. Responsible for job site safety and training team members on safe practices. Collaborate with safety manager for ongoing compliance.

Maintain and motivate field operations teams through daily coordination and communication. Ensure team maintains the cleanliness and maintenance of tools and equipment. Comply with all related safety rules and procedures and report all hazards as required.

Must have excellent leadership skills in order to organize and motivate field workers in getting the job done correctly and efficiently every day. Proper communication skills between dispatch at our office, human resources, and other employees.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from four-year college, university, or technical school (Facility Management, Business Administration, or Engineering degree preferred Experience adhering to budgets and managing costs; managing construction projects, renovation, and remodeling initiatives Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to read and understand construction specifications and blueprints

8 -10 years of experience. Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively· Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary Strong attention to detail; problem-solving skills and a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task, basically is strong at working with competing priorities Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business MUST HAVE A SOLID CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
