Busy north shore restaurant Red's Kitchen + Tavern is seeking a talented, well rounded chef, and sous chef who are looking for the opportunity to grow with the company. The candidates must be well organized, able to lead a team, enthusiastic,with superior scratch cooking skills, and current on today's trends. Candidates must have knowledge of butchering, fish cutting, sauce making, and light baking and be able to work all areas of the line as well as expedite.

Candidate must have an understanding of maintaining food/labor costs, and purchasing. We are looking for a chef with a well rounded ability to grasp modern food techniques and have knowledge of global foods.

This is a daytime position and will work under our executive chef.
