General Manager - Managers

Red's Kitchen + Tavern is searching for a qualified general manager, and managers that are looking to grow with our team. Were looking for managers that have a proven record of running a high volume restaurant, and are detailed oriented. This is a wonderful opportunity to move within the restaurant industry. Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the restaurant in accordance with the goals, objectives and culture set forth by the company.

Maintain a high standard of quality with regard to product, people, sanitation and safety.

Responsible for the delegation of work, recommendation of action on team members.

Continued Customer Count and Sales Growth

Lead a culture of hospitality (as if in own home)

Help booking of private functions

We are looking for a true professionals who demonstrates outstanding leadership and builds customer relationships

Requirements:

At least 5 years experience as a manger of a high volume restaurant

Excellent time management and organizational skills

The qualified candidate will possess at least five years prior General Manager experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment and a drive for excellence and quality standards

Strong knowledge of general restaurant financials
