General Manager for Restaurants

Seeking a General Manager for a growing, fun, fast-casual restaurant brand. This will be an entirely new position for our young company and the candidate should be willing and have the experience to help develop the role. The two locations have a working system, staff, and management team in place but improvements are expected to accommodate a growing level of business.

Requirements

- Ability to lead and mentor staff with integrity, energy, and a consistently positive demeanor.

- 5+ years experience managing restaurants ($1M+ per unit) or equivalent mix of education and experience.

- Willing to drive between each location, be on site when necessary, and manage through unusual events.

- Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment.

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

Compensation

- Negotiable, $60K+ depending on experience with opportunities for goal-orientated pay advancements and bonuses.
