Schweb Management is looking for a dynamic Property Manager with experience.

Our Property Managers are responsible for all facets of the property’s operations including the general administration and maintenance of the property. Their focus is to ensure the property’s revenue and profit targets are met, and a high level of service is provided to our Residents. They are the team builders that can lead high performing teams.

Responsibilities:

Supervise office staff collecting delinquencies, renewing tenant leases and leasing

Work hand in hand with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure all work and unit turnovers orders are completed in a timely fashion

Ensure compliance with building and system inspection requirements

Investigate and resolve tenant complaints

Update and improve properties to increase return on investment

Enforce property rules and regulations

Review, approve and submit invoices for payment

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Multifamily Property Manager (5 years minimum)

Ability to build rapport with tenants

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with Massachusetts rent support programs and eviction laws and process

Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations

Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish preferred
