Seeking EXPERIENCED Mitigation/contents restoration Manager for Full time position

Mitigation/contents restoration is responsible for handling new and ongoing insurance repair Claims with integrity and excellence. Duties will include initial job-site inspection, securing the jobs,communication with homeowner, understanding Xactimate estimates and managing employees and scheduling. Must have good attention to detail. Seeking self-motivated individuals with the right attitude and willingness to work, learn, and grow in a team environment. Job responsibilities include but not limited to job site inspections, employee management, project management. Must be able to pass back round test, and have a valid and clean driving record.
