Accounts Receivable Clerk

Auto Trim Design is looking for a qualified part time candidate to join our office staff. The qualified candidate must be able to work well with others, multi-task, be very dependable, be very detail oriented, and prioritize in a busy work environment. Ability to operate a 10 key calculator a plus.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Prepare and reconcile daily invoice paperwork

Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording AR data

Reconcile AR ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted

Generate monthly/quarterly reports and make sure they balance

Prepare deposits daily

Maintain filing daily

Post incoming payments

Generate and reconcile monthly customer statements and prepare for faxing or mailing

Post office run

Assist in answering multi line phones, transferring calls or taking messages

Light cleaning

Pay based on qualifications and experience.

Schedule is 28 hours weekly:

Monday 8-5, Tuesday 8-12, Wednesday 8-12, Thursday 8-12, Friday 8-5 (some days may vary a little at times)
