We are recruiting a new hire to join our office team. This hire will join our team as an office administrator with a heavy emphasis on bookkeeping responsibilities. All applicants must have a minimum of (2) years of experience working in an office administrative position. We are also requiring all applicants to have a minimum of (2) years of experience working specifically in a bookkeeping position.

The bookkeeping tasks include Accounts Payable Processing, Accounts Receivable Processing, Check Generation, Vendor Statement Reconciliations, Bank Account Reconciliations, etc. In addition to the bookkeeping tasks mentioned above, this hire will have several general administrative tasks as well. Those tasks include calling customers for orders, entering those orders and generating invoices, filing, and both completing and processing documents and forms as requested by management.
