Bookkeeper for Real EstateMUST have expericence

I own an accounting firm and am looking for a bookkeeper with proven QB Online experience in real estate accounting. Must know how to post settlement statements, use classes, post depreciation, create new accounts, etc. This is a work from home position as contract labor. Will need monthly P&Ls for 10+ companies. Looking for 20 hours a month, maybe more. Work on your schedule, P&L's must be finished by the 15th of the month.
