Primary Care office is looking for a full time medical assistant for immediate hiring.
We are seeking for a medical assistant that is friendly, teamplayer, computer literate with good communication skills and able to multitask.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answering phones and scheduling patient appointments
- Greeting patients in a courteous manner
- Collect copays and outstanding balance
- Verifying insurance eligibility and update patient demographics
- Checking patients in and out
- Obtaining patient vitals and enter to EHR
- Faxing and scanning medical records
- Assist the physician for procedures and other task
Experience with EMR is a plus but will train.
