What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee Vacutech installations

  • Build rapport with customers and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the installation process

  • Coordinate and complete customer walkthroughs

  • Manage installers and subcontracted labor

  • Maintain a professional, clean and organized job site

  • Oversee worker productivity & compliance with quality standards

  • Budget time, multi-task & prioritize in order to meet established goals & deadlines

  • Be flexible & work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Be decisive & work well under pressure when faced with unexpected situations or delays

  • Analyze & resolve problems

  • Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies

  • Ensure all team members comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies

  • Provide employee coaching and development

  • Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time

Physical Requirements:

  • Must stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods is required

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. is required

  • May perform duties requiring employee to intermittently bend and twist

  • Ability to tolerate ambient and non-heated work environments

  • Ability to work from ladders and/or platforms

Entry Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Read & understand blueprints, product drawings/details & building layouts

  • Proper & safe operation of various hand/power tools including hammer drills, band saws, drills, reciprocating saws, impact guns, grinders, laser levels, etc.

  • Be available to travel and stay at location assigned as required

  • Prior construction or related project management experience is desirable

  • Experience scheduling and supervising company installers is preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Experience in effectively communicating with and interacting with customers, trades, employee installation technicians and sales agents

  • Ability to manage, as well as inspect the quality of the jobs performed by subcontractors and employee installation technicians and hold them accountable

  • Time management skills, along with multi-tasking, prioritizing and problem-solving capabilities

  • Deliver great customer service and high-quality installations

  • Valid driver’s license
