Customer Service Rep

Looking to expand our customer service team with someone who is detail orientated, able to multi-task. I'm looking for someone who is tech savvy, familiar with Outlook, Excel, and Access preferred. Good written and verbal communication is a must. Must be willing to answer phones, and respond to emails within a timely manner. Possibility for some remote work. Dog friendly a plus :)
