Full time A-Level Auto Body Technician

Job Description:

-Perform 100% complete collision tear downs

-Meticulously organize and separate parts and needed hardware, outline damage, and prepare each vehicle for Pre-Op process

-Complete Red Rock Collision's Pre-Op process with the GM or Production Manager on every vehicle prior to repair

-Read & follow repair orders as printed and repair procedures given for vehicles

-Perform collision repair on all makes and models

-Follow OEM Procedures and I-CAR guidelines during repair

-Adhere to strict quality control process & checks

-Manage time and repair vehicles accordingly to meet vehicle due out dates

-Maintain shop equipment & cleanliness

-Utilize the proper tools & equipment to perform correct repairs

-Pre & Post Scan Vehicles, note warnings and codes

Job Requirements

-Minimum 5 years as a Full Time Auto Body Technician at a reputable collision repair facility

-Frame rack experience and knowledge of measuring systems

-Must have own hand tools, welder, dent puller, etc. Shop will provide major equipment

-Must be able to complete collision repair without assistance from start to finish

-Must be able to perform quality repairs that meet Red Rock Collision standard of excellence

-Full Time Hours M-F 8-5, Punctuality is a MUST!

-Be able to pass drug test

-I-CAR Certifications, OEM Certifications, Continuing Training & classes are provided

-Track record of performance in the workplace
