Home Care (PCA) position

Now Hiring for PCA/Home care position ($12.50/hr):

Who: Two wheelchair users, one male and one female, in their 30’s living in their own home

What: Assist disabled individuals with transferring, bathing, toileting, dressing, cooking, housekeeping, and running errands. No experience necessary. Medicaid consumer directed program.

When:

+Weekday mornings: 7am-3pm (3 days/wk), 7am-11am (2 days/wk)

+Monday night: 5pm-11pm

+Any shift availability will be considered.

Where: Private residence in Town of Newburgh

Must get COVID-19 Test before beginning employment. Must wear mask during work hours (Supplies will be provided). Temperature check required at start of shift. Clients are quarantining and social distancing and seeking candidates who are doing the same.

Details:

There is opportunity to work with both clients on back to back shifts, working one on one with each client. All training will be provided on site. Qualified candidates should be reliable, responsible, trustworthy, have a positive attitude, and great communication skills. CDPAP.
