SEEKING LOBBY ATTENDANTS FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE AT PRESTIGIOUS PROPERTIES IN NYC!
We are looking to staff various prestigious properties located throughout Manhattan with customer service-driven front desk agents. Some of the responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: greeting and providing services for all residents and visitors in a professional manner, providing quality front desk functions, performing professional lobby patrol duties, providing quality service to all residents by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously at all times, and maintaining the accuracy of the visitor database. If you are friendly, enjoy helping people, and have exceptional communication skills, you may be a great fit!
Requirements:
Have proven customer service experience
Fluent in written and spoken English
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work as a team
Basic computer and typing skills
Dynamic and energetic
