The Portfolio Strategy Group, a growing $1.7 billion Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) located in White Plains NY, seeks a full-time Client Services Coordinator.
Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in financial services at an RIA or Broker-Dealer. The right candidate will have reception and administrative experience across a variety of client matters (personal, retirement, trust, corporate). Ability to multi-task and comfort speaking with clients is a plus. Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool is preferred but not required.
The salary for this position is competitive. If selected to join PSG, you will qualify for 100% health care premium coverage and 401k plan eligibility.
