WHEELS SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We are looking for an outgoing, self-directed, and high-energy person to fill our Rentals Rep position. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and should be extremely detail-oriented. Previous customer experience is preferred, but not required. The Rep must be comfortable working on computers and knows their way around Gmail and Microsoft Excel sheets.
Additionally, the ideal candidate has a passion (and patience) for teaching others. This person will be primarily responsible for handling in-person customer pick-ups & drop-offs. They will also handle in-person queries and concerns that focus on bike maintenance, damage & repairs process, user tips, as well as other miscellaneous point-of-sale and clerical tasks.

What Does This Position Do?
Receive and respond to in-store customers with respect, humility, and efficiency.
Quickly become familiar with brand voice, app, and common customer issues to better serve clients and grow our service brand.
Processing bike rental orders to ensure customer satisfaction
Processing customer pick-ups, drop-offs, and returns
Prep bikes for customer/ media pick-ups
Provide expert knowledge of bikes for customers with intro-level questions with patience, care, and compassion. (Don’t worry we’ll train you onsite!)
Handle service claims, acting as a liaison between the company and the customers.
Provide follow up with other departments to ensure service standards are being met
Communicate customer feedback to management including dissatisfaction with products or services
Open and close shop; General tidying and organization

What You'll Need?:
Prior customer service experience
Computer literacy
Ability to handle high customer volumes
Organizational and time management skills
A friendly personality and exceptional communication skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Familiarity with online customer service ticketing systems is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent. AA preferred, but not required
1-2 years of rental services or product maintenance experience preferred, but not required
