Part Time Office Assistant

Converse Laboratories, Inc. is searching for a part time office assistant to help in our busy front office. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering phones
Logging in samples
Assisting customers with questions and concerns
Data Entry
Sending results
Clerical work including but not limited to: Filing, Copying, Sending Emails
Maintaining a clean work environment
Assisting with daily and weekly water run schedules and confirming with clients
Assisting with inventory and ordering
Making Collections Calls and calls for payment
Processing credit card payments
The ideal candidate MUST:
Have experience in an office setting
Be knowledgeable with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Be self-motivated
Be a team player
Be able to multi-task
Possess excellent customer service skills
Be organized and punctual
Must be comfortable making phone calls
