Job Description

MOOis looking to hire a Client Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working directly with MOOcustomers through many channels as a valued resource and trusted advisor, helping their business grow. You will strive to deliver a human and helpful Support experience through creative problem-solving, a consultative approach, and a deep and thorough knowledge of how we work.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and other staff at all levels by navigating complex, consensus-driven decision-making environments.

  • Engage with the Customer Success team to both understand and advise of customer issues, frustrations, or requests to drive customer happiness and retention.

  • Partner with customers to effectively resolve issues

  • Provide internal feedback on how MOO can better serve our clients in the product road map for continuous improvement.

  • Proactively monitor and track usage, product consumption gaps, and traffic patterns to identify opportunities and address potential future issues such as account churn.

  • Contribute to a high rate of returning purchases across your client base by systematically identifying and assessing renewal risks.

  • Show composure, resilience, and flexibility in MOO’s fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and also as an internal advocate for evolving customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in onboarding, account management or project management
  • Minimum 1-2 years client relationship experience required
  • Experience with Google Drive required & advanced knowledge of Google sheets preferred
  • Self-starter with ability to pick up and implement new concepts and directives easily with little supervision
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines
  • Ability to understand critical drivers of the business; identify and report to management accordingly
  • Willingness to accept constructive criticism and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle considerable variety in the workplace
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to continue to self-train and enhance knowledge of new technologies and service
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Desire to provide outstanding customer service
