Stio® is looking for a full time Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Jackson Hole, WY.

Your Role

As the Logistics Coordinator at Stio you are responsible for supporting the company’s Operations and Logistics teams. Your primary goal is to support the management of shipping materials, vendor compliance and delivery of product inventory from suppliers to Stio’s 3PL. You are required to work with multiple international vendors to coordinate shipments of materials to respective factories, as well as arrange timely payments with the Accounting department. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for purchase order and inventory data entry and integrity in Stio’s ERP and project management platforms. You also support the Operations and Logistics team on ad hoc projects.

The Logistics Coordinator reports to the Logistics Operations Manager.

Your Skills

The Logistics Coordinator is a self-starter with strong attention to detail and communication skills. You have experience in professional office environments assisting and coordinating for managers and/or senior managers. You are a team player with the ability to collaborate with international vendors and various departments within Stio. You have a go-getter, positive attitude with the willingness to learn, take on additional tasks and the desire to grow.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordination of materials delivery from supplier to factory
  • Support creation and updating of timeline and management tools
  • Proactive communication with first, second and third tier suppliers
  • Data entry for purchase orders
  • Prioritization of data integrity in communication and deliverables
  • Timely, professional communication and email turnaround
  • Cultivation of relationships with key vendors
  • The ability to think critically while getting your hands dirty

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years Operations, Business Administration, or related field
  • Industry experience a plus
  • Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and ability to adopt new tools
