Job Summary

As a Sales Development Coordinator with Brewers Supply Group located in or around Asheville, you will perceive the needs of customers through conversational interaction and assist with translating those needs into reality. Your background in Business, Sales, Brewing, and the brewing industry as a whole will allow you to quickly develop a knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures, marketing techniques, market trends, competitive environment, pricing systems and profit objectives. We will rely on you to be goal-oriented, competitive and committed to the company and its services and have the ability to meet any type of person with confidence. Your prior sales experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM is an added benefit. You are a team player with integrity and concern for the quality of BSG Craft division services and staff members. Acting as an advocate and guide for new customers, you will be their resource to assist them with BSG procedures.

The Sales Development Coordinator will actively establish new accounts while identifying current customers who are underutilizing BSG’s products and services. The Sales Development Coordinator will leverage BSG’s unique quality and service to secure malt and hop contracts, assist with local events and perform other sales activities as requested. The Sales Development Coordinator will work with BSG Sales and Marketing to establish and maintain a current portfolio of relevant marketing collateral.
