Bargello is an independent restaurant featuring a Mediterranean-inspired menu in the heart of downtown Asheville at the Kimpton Hotel Arras.We offer whole preparations for sharing, house-made pastas, pizzas, and foods prepared over an open fire oven for guests to enjoy all day.Our ingredients are locally sourced and harvested from homegrown farms in the area, with a deep commitment to Western North Carolina.

We are looking for friendly, hard-working AM and PM Line Cooks that are eager to learn in an energetic downtown environment.

The ideal Candidate will have:

At least 1 year experience in the F&B industryStrong work ethic with a positive attitude Punctuality and a sense of professionalism and teamwork

Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen safety and sanitation Basic knife skillsThe knowledge and attitude to work multiple stationsPassion for food, cooking, pretty plates and learning our style of foodMotivation and pride in their job and careerEssential Job Functions:Daily prep of your stationManaging your own prep list and communicating needs with the chefs in the kitchenExecuting tickets in a fast paced environment efficientlyPlating of dishes in accordance with Bargello visionMaintaining a clean and organized stationWhat you can expect from us:
