We have an easy two-step interview process:

Step 1:

Step 2:

One-on-one interview via Zoom, which will be scheduled after the briefing.

As the largest public adjusting firm in the US, you will have opportunities to build a career while also helping people in the process! When we discover property damages, we represent the property owner to ensure their insurance company treats and pays them fairly.

No selling, no inventory, no cold calling. We are an advocate for the policyholder. We simply represent the policyholder when they have a claim.

Your main responsibility will be meeting with homeowners, taking pictures of the damage, and filling out paperwork via DocuSign. This can be done in-person or remotely. No experience necessary, we will train you on what to do.

You will also be able to:

· Have complete control over your work schedule

· Help businesses and homeowners settle their insurance claims

· Conduct policy reviews and property inspections

· Build and expand your network

· Protect and educate the policyholder
